We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and values-driven medical leader who has operated at or close to Board level. This is a visible and influential role, modelling the DBTH way both internally and across our wider system, requiring resilience, credibility, and the ability to quickly build trusted relationships with our Board, colleagues, patients, and partners. You should champion a culture of continuous improvement, bringing energy and drive to engage our clinical teams in building an environment where change is embraced and owned by our people, to shape the future of our services.
